Ghosts of Red Ridge, directed by Stefan Colson, is an action-western film released in 2024 embodying themes such as justice and salvation as well as super natural elements. Synopsis

Today, the once bustling Red Ridge community seems lifeless, for the gold rush has long gone and brought lawlessness in its place. Owen Williams plays Sheriff Dunlap as a man grappling not only with personal demons but one who carries the burden of his role in the society. Only his deputy, Trent Culkin who plays Deputy Wilder stands and assists him in order enforcement.

Okay, things get nastier when a dog gets locked in a stick-up by the sheriff and a suspicious stranger is caught with a gang terrorizing the place. Twists accelerates as, Sheriff Dunlap gets as far as investigating the major issues only to start seeing ghosts on the widow of a murder victim. This has him ponders whether the dead are simply watching him because they failed or warning him that they will avenge him for failing to save them.

While facing otherworldly challenges, the sheriff has also to come face to face with surprising revelations of the bandits and indeed of himself. The division of the good and the bad moves towards a centre that increasingly pushes him to battle with himself, and seek forgiveness. The picture reaches its resolution when the Sheriff has to choose whether to fight against ghostly images, risking the future of the whole town.
